More particularly, the disclosure relates to an electronic apparatus for acquiring a plurality of types of frames by considering an operation mode of the electronic apparatus, and a controlling method thereof.

The electronic apparatus includes a first camera sensor, memory including one or more storage media, storing instructions, at least one processor communicatively coupled to the first camera sensor and the memory, wherein the instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor individually or collectively, cause the electronic apparatus to control the first camera sensor to acquire at least one frame based on at least one first frame rate corresponding to a first operation mode while the electronic apparatus travels in a traveling space in the first operation mode, switch from the first operation mode to a second operation mode based on context information related to the traveling space, control the first camera sensor to acquire at least one frame based on at least one second frame rate corresponding to the second operation mode while the electronic apparatus travels in the traveling space in the switched second operation mode, and wherein the at least one second frame rate comprises a frame rate which is different from the at least one first frame rate.
