The quantum dot may display light of a desired color by adjusting a particle size of the quantum dot. The quantum dot organic LED display panel is made by using a blue organic light emitting diode as a light source, and attaching a film including red and green quantum dots thereon or depositing a material including red and green quantum dots, thereby realizing the color. The display panel (DP) according to an embodiment may be made of various sorts of display panels in addition to it.
